What are the benefits of drinking Vita Coco Natural Coconut Water?
Vita Coco Natural Coconut Water is 100% natural and is never from concentrate. It contains naturally occurring electrolytes, which are essential for hydration of your body. This makes it ideal to be used as a sports drink. Also, when you compare this with all the other sports drinks on the market (which are all usually from concentrate with high sugar contents), it has much less sodium and has a higher potassium content per serving. For those of you who are following the rugby world cup at the moment you may be interested to know that coconut water is the sports drink of choice for the Samoan national rugby union team. They drink it because as they say it has everything in it they need without having the things they don’t.
I have also heard that coconut water can be a very good hangover cure due to its hydrating properties…but obviously I would not know this from personal experience…
In addition to its hydration properties, Vita Coco is 100% fat free and contains less than 1% natural fruit sugar. This means that there is only 60 calories per serving! It can also aid with digestion due to its concentrated source of fiber.
Why the Natural Sugar? Variables like harvest, time of year, or country of origin (or all of them put together!) can cause changes in look or taste of coconut water. Vita Coco have added less than 1% natural fruit sugar (sugar that you can find in fruits like apples and pears), which allows Vita Coco to standardize the sweetness level of their beverages regardless of these variables. This doesn’t affect the nutritional fact panel at all.
why do i choose vita coco?
We live in an age where a lot of our food and drinks are heavily processed with lots of unnatural additives. So it is refreshing to find a product which I can trust as being a 100% natural, which is also good for me!
Unlike other brands, Vita Coco package their product in exactly one serving. You know that it's all you really need then and most of us tend to drink more than what is needed, when it comes in a bigger packaging. Its small compact size means that i can also bring it everywhere with me! Not that its goes many places with me that is because once i open it, it doesn't last long because it tastes so good!
coconut water in my shakes!
Believe it or not i love having coconut water as my base for my protein shake, as coconut is compatible with protein powder in almost any form. Coconut water has a sweet taste that enhances the flavour. You can also make a great cocktail with it and imagine that your on a tropical holiday!

So the weather aye! The pollution should never stop you from being active indoors,Be creative, pick 5 exercise or do them all at once, set your timer at 1 min and do as many reps, repeat as many sets as you wish. Feel free to add jump ropes or high knees in between your exercises. Believe me there's no right or wrong exercises, even jumping on the spot for a minute is pretty much a movement.
